Филип Мутафис има над 20 години опит в софтуерния сектор. Член е на УС на Българската Финтех Асоциация, както и на УС на БАСКОМ. Фокусира се върху прилагането на технологични нововъведения в редица компании. През цялата си кариера инициира и участва в иновативни за българския бизнес инициативи - първите интернет лаборатории, e-learning системи, локализиране и внедряване на ERP системи, мобилни решения отпреди ерата на мобилните телефони.

Мартин Богданов има повече от 25 години стаж във финансовия сектор. Заемал е ръководни позиции в БНБ и водещи търговски банки в България и Албания. Понастоящем е председател на Съвета на директорите на Paysera България и зам. изпълнителен директор на Paysera LTD, съучредител и съветник към УС на БФА. Работи активно за развитието на финансовия и финтех сектори чрез въвеждане на иновативни услуги и процеси в помощ на клиентите и институциите, подпомага въвеждането на регулаторни промени и добри практики

Tsvetomir Doskov is a financial manager with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Master's degrees in Banking and Insurance.
Over the past 30 years, he has held executive positions in several banks, financial institutions, payment operators, and a holding company. He has participated in numerous boards and councils of joint-stock companies and professional organizations, as well as in the transformation of a joint-stock company into a public company on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
He has successfully completed over 30 different management courses, seminars, and trainings in the field of banking, risk management, and information technology. For 20 years he has been developing business and operational models and organizations based on digital solutions and technological software platforms. He actively participates in the professional life and calendar of all financial forums in the country, as a lecturer, moderator, or panelist.

In 2023 the clients of Paysera Group performed more than 9.7 mln transfers in 20+ different currencies. The total amount of transfers exceeded 11.2 B euros.
In 2023, Bulgarian customers made transfers for over 687M euros and hold close to 34M euros in payment accounts (December 31, 2023).
